MANHATTAN (PIX11) — Actress Amanda Bynes is claiming
that the NYPD officer that arrested her Thursday sexually harassed her
and illegally entered her Midtown apartment.
Bynes unleashed on Twitter, saying, “Don’t believe the reports about me being arrested.
In the extended tweet, Bynes alleges the arresting officer lied about her throwing a bong out of her 36th-floor apartment window and went on to say, “He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment.”
In court Friday, Bynes’ attorney stated his client would be filing a complaint against the NYPD for “inappropriate actions.”
A NYPD spokesperson confirmed that the actress’ claims are being investigated.
