Justin Bieber could be prosecuted over allegations that he spat on his Los Angeles neighbor.

Sheriff's investigators will refer the case to the LA County District
Attorney for review and recommend that criminal battery charges be
filed against the Bieber, sources told TMZ.
The apparent investigation comes after TMZ had earlier reported that Bieber is accused of spitting on and threatening to kill his 47-year-old neighbor outside his home in Calabasas, California. The neighbor had confronted him about "reckless driving," the report claims. If true, perhaps Bieber wants to show the world that he's also reckless when not driving.
The investigation comes just a week after Bieber's pet monkey was confiscated in Munich, which is arguably much more traumatic than getting prosecuted by cops.
